My goal is to assess the needs of each person I work with by listening to the client, feeling areas of tension, and create a plan to bring balance to the body. Some techniques used will be myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and range of motion to decrease tension in specific areas. I can identify problem areas and use specific firm pressure when needed.
